Refund Policy

PapersIn is operated by Flowstart Kft. (registered seat: Szugló utca 161. 1/2., 1141 Budapest, Hungary; company reg. no. 01 09 429426).

Free trial first

Solo, Team, and Firm plans include a 14-day free trial. You are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel at any time during the trial at no cost from Settings → Billing (Stripe billing portal). The Founding plan is a limited discounted offer. Its price and how long the discount runs are shown on the pricing page; whether a trial applies is shown at checkout, before you confirm, on the terms in effect at that moment.

Monthly billing, cancel anytime

All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the paid billing period and does not renew. We do not pro-rate partial months.

Refunds

If something went wrong — you were charged after cancelling, charged twice, or hit a billing error — email us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it. For any other situation, contact us and we'll work it out; we don't want money from customers who aren't getting value.

How to request

Email hello@papersin.com from your account email with the charge date and amount. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days. Exactly when the credit appears is decided by your payment provider.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you hold under Hungarian or EU law that cannot validly be excluded.

Language

This Refund Policy is published in English and in Hungarian (Visszatérítési szabályzat). Each version is binding in its own right: the Hungarian version governs where the Customer contracted with us in Hungarian, and the English version governs otherwise.

If you are not the contracting Customer — for example, you are a visitor considering a subscription — the version you were given governs.
